4. What if I’m building a new home. Should I still work with an agent?
Yes, especially if you haven’t spoken to a builder yet. You have two options:

Buyer Representation: If you’d like full representation throughout the build, your agent needs to accompany you on your first visit to any builder or community before you register or sign anything.

New Construction Strategy Call: If you’re just exploring the idea or already working with a builder and feeling unsure, I offer a one-time paid consultation to help you get oriented, understand your options, and ask the right questions at this stage.
